I had one thought: We are all working hard to lead during this time, having zoom seminars etc about leadership, we all are wearing many hats to sustain ourselves during this time etc.
Why not also have a chat about wellbeing:
-how to release stress, anxiety not via having a chat with a therapist but by educating our self through webinars or something else to know where, in which part of your body, which organ do you store what emotion. I think a thorough understanding of our emotions are crucial for our wellbeing. Also, crucial to know who you want part of your life and part of your circle and part of your circle of emotions.
It is important to know how holding your emotions in can affect your overall health and can affect your wellbeing specially now. Healthy mind and body are important along with ambition, leadership and business.
