Water Repellent Finish:-

The Purpose of the finish is that the drops of water should not spread on the surface.

The Drops should only stay on the surface & easily slid off.

A Fabric's resistance to water will depend on the nature of the fibers surface.

The repellency of textile fabrics depend upon the resistance to wetting and penetration by a liquid.
